I am always experimenting in my kitchen LOL I just kinda came up with this dinner that I love cooking at least twice a month and I change it up sometimes and add mushrooms and other vegetables.

Ingredients

2 Cups Steamed Rice (Day Old is Okay)
2 Cups cut up meat of your choice
12 Cherry Tomatoes
½ Cup Chopped Cooked Green Beans (or any other vegetable you wanna use, I used green beans from previous night for this one)
You can use any white cheese or cheddar cheese. I used I think 6 slices or Harvarti Cheese, also Provolone Cheese is good to.
You can add mushrooms or any other vegetables you like
Salt & Pepper

Instructions

Turn your Air Fryer on 380 while you prep.

Take your dish you are going to make the recipe in, spray it with pam, the one made with olive oil.

Take your rice and put it in the dish evenly

Layer your meat and vegetables and tomatoes on top

Put in your air fryer for 20 minutes

Add your cheese on top and return to air fryer for 10 minutes or until cheese starts to golden on top.

Notes

Its a very simple dish that is packed full of healthy eating and its so simple. My hubs loves it.
