Our Zip gave us his recipe for his Zipcuits.
They look so delicious!!!!!!!! I will be making them for sure!

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups self rising flour
1 1/3 stick of butter……salted or not your preference
1 cup whole milk
1 tablespoon vinegar
Instructions
DIRECTIONS Mix milk and vinegar…stir…set in fridge
Put flour in bowl Grate hard butter in flour…mix with fingers incorporating flour/butter
Make crater in middle of flour/butter mix…….
pour in the milk/ vinegar
Preheat oven to 475
Fold with spoon until mixed…..don’t overdo
Dust work area with flour……..roll out dough to approximately 10×6……and inch thick
Fold on self about 5 or six times…..rolling out each time after fold
Dust with flour if it wants to stick or be gummy/wet
Use large glass or cutter to make about 6 large biscuits
Place on parchment paper on baking sheet slightly touching each other
Bake middle rack for approx 13 minutes
Remove and brush with butter if desired

Throw an egg and bacon on one……omg
