Donald Trump has been booked into Fulton County jail in Atlanta on charges of attempting to overthrow Georgia’s 2020 election.
Trump’s biometric details – white male, 6ft 3, 215 pounds – were recorded, and his fingerprints and mugshot taken.
The bond payment was made – 10 percent of $200,000 – and the 77-year-old released.
At 7:55pm, inmate number P01135809 left the jail to return to Atlanta airport, and fly back to New Jersey.
