The Creator of the universe who flung the stars into space. The Giver of life; the Sustainer of life. His power is accessed by our faith. He that cometh to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him (Hebrews 11:6).
Our daily challenges and problems do not even show up on the scale when compared to all that He has done and can do. He has one requirement, believe that He has the power and the desire to help us.
Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. As we read of all that God has done to help others, it makes it easier for us to have faith in His ability and willingness to help us. Just a mustard seed worth of faith can unlock His full blessings in our lives.
I remember many years ago when I was looking for a house to purchase. I fully expected to get a mortgage. God closed all the doors, I knocked on. Then He told me to look in a higher price range than the one in which I was looking. Once I did that, I found a house that far exceeded what I had hoped for. I did not need to get a mortgage of my own, the owner quit claimed it to me. I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt, that God had orchestrated the entire thing.
We often put limits on God based on our own expectations. However, when we are dealing with the creator of the universe, we have to open our minds to the fact that there is nothing God cannot do. There is nothing too expensive for Him to purchase. We do not serve a poor God; a God who is on a budget. He is only restricted by the limitations we put on Him.
