“O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the LORD our maker.”  Psalms 95:6 (KJV)

A state lawmaker in Oklahoma is bringing forth a bill to fine employers as much as $1 million per vaccine injury if they enforce Biden’s unlawful federal vaccine mandate.

Oklahoma’s Senate Bill 1106, the “Citizen Health Mandate Protection Act,” was submitted on Friday by State Sen. Rob Standridge. It is aimed at both public and private entities and individuals that mandate vaccines or other medical treatments as a condition of employment.

Employers who force medical treatments onto unwilling employees could be liable for $1 million in punitive damages if injured by that treatment, including forced Covid vaccinations.

“Many Oklahomans may not know that COVID-19 vaccines have already been given liability protection from the federal government,” Standridge said. “If an employee is required to receive the vaccine or some other medical treatment as a condition of employment and it causes that person harm, our citizens need to know they’ll have some recourse that will provide them with meaningful relief. “It’s an extraordinary refusal of Pentagon policy and follows Stitt’s written request to Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin seeking suspension of the requirement for Guard personnel in the state,” the Post commented.
