recently unveiled financial records revealed that a House Democrat overseeing the lead opposing income inequality has racked up $30 million in a tax-free international shelter to back his nonprofit group.
The Democratic Rep. from New York, Daniel Goldman, established the charitable organization back in 2012.
The Richard W. Goldman Foundation, which has been providing charity on account of needy people for more or less ten years, has reported having over $30 million in investments maintained at the Cayman Island, which is well known for sheltering financially well-off individuals and businesses who look for relief from heavy taxes.
The financial director of the Goldman Foundation, Daniel Goldman is enlisted in the financial records filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
His position gave him the power to decide how and where the foundation’s acquisitions or investments should be handled.
